Thank you for shopping with Livia's DIY Shop. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging

• Complete with all original parts, accessories, instructions, and packaging

• Not damaged, altered, started, assembled, or used in any way

• Returned with your order number and reason for return

Because our products are DIY-related, once a kit/package has been opened, used, started, assembled, or customized, it is generally not eligible for return unless it is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Custom/personalized items, digital files/downloads, gift cards, and consumable or hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return, unless defective or shipped incorrectly.

2. How to Start a Return or Refund

To request a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us first:

Email: lily003100@outlook.com

Please include:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you want to return/refund

• Reason for return

• Photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

We will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without our confirmation/instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, size/color preference, or buyer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or due to our error, Livia's DIY Shop will cover the return shipping or arrange a suitable solution.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, such as PayPal or the payment method used at checkout. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear after processing, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, defect, damage, or incorrect item shipped.

5. Exchanges

We can replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For other exchanges, you may return the eligible item and place a new order after the return/refund is processed, subject to product availability.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect DIY item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video and your order details. We will arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or return as appropriate.

7. Order Cancellations/Modifications

Orders can be cancelled or changed only before they are processed or shipped. After shipment, please follow this return policy.
